We know we can’t please everyone, but we sure as heck will always try our hardest to do so! Our pots take time to make, so we appreciate your patience on our custom orders. We want perfection from our end before getting your investment into your hands. In the event that you do have an issue, you can email us, call us, fill out this form or heck…send us a letter through the mail…and we will make sure your issue is addressed in a jiffy. We generally take weekends off for tailgating, football, festivals, fishing and every other excuse Louisianans make up to enjoy the weekend, but on work days we are here to meet all your needs.

Shipping: Depending on the shipping provider you choose and the availability of the items you ordered, shipping times may vary.

Shipping complaints: We pack your ordered items up very carefully, but we all know that things sometimes go wrong in transit. Your shipping has insurance and once the proper forms are filled out, we will do what we can to make sure you have what you need to make things right  for you.

  • Please take pictures of a damaged package and/or product and make sure to time stamp it.
  • Please get these all done within a week.

Defects or Malfunctions: Since we are a hands-on company, we take pride in the fact that we inspect each and every product before we ship it to you. However, once in a while we make one of those “human” mistakes and there could be an issue with something you receive. Just give us a holler so we can correct our mistake.

  • Take a picture or contact us as soon as you see something is wrong.
  • We will guarantee the studs on the pot for the lifetime of the pot. Pot owner responsible for paying shipping costs (both ways).

Cooking Issues: If we could help you cook your first items in your new CRP, we would be there with you. But, we have made lots of videos and there is a ton of info on this website to help you navigate the “waters” of your new pot. We even offer a catering service for the locals (and beyond with special arrangements). A trial run is recommended before cooking for the masses with your new new pot. The goal of the inventor was to decrease his cooking time so he could enjoy more leisure time at crawfish boils and we want you to do the same!

Our Return Policy: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Refunds: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
